【本刊曾薛菲、黄书琪撰述】兴都权利行动力量今天举行2007年万人大集会一周年纪念,近五百人周二晚上现身雪兰莪州黑风洞,一起点灯祈祷。雪州加埔区国会议员马尼卡瓦萨干(S.Manikavasagam)表示,兴都权力行动力量仍然活着,且将继续该组织的斗争,争取18项诉求,而每年11月25日将是该组织的纪念日。 马尼(左图左)说:“尽管政府查禁了兴都权利行动力量,但这个组织并不是非法的,且已在英国伦敦注册。我们是和平的组织,我们将继续斗争,也要求释放我们的五名(遭政府以《内安法令》扣留的)英雄。” 霹雳州安顺区国会议员马诺加兰(M. Manogaran)发言时强调,兴都权力行动力量并非针对马来人,而是针对巫统领导的政权,因为巫统政权打压印裔和其他少数族群。 他认为应该废除《1960年内部安全法令》,因为我国已经不受共产主义威胁,因此这道法律已过时,只被执政党利用以逐其政治议程;“我们会继续争取废除《内安法令》,直到甘文丁扣留营被关闭为止。” 支持者到医院捐血 兴都权力行动力量(Hindraf)全国协调员哲耶达斯(S. Jayathas)也补充道,11月25日是印裔同胞“觉醒”的一天,当天印裔团结一致,为印裔的权利斗争;今天共有50名兴都权力行动力量的支持者到医院捐血,显示该组织不是极端份子,也不是种族主义者。 他说:“你可以看到,我们向来只是送花、送蛋糕或卡片,这哪里是恐怖分子做的事情?” 哲雅达斯表示,今天只举行简单的纪念活动,要求兴都教徒到黑风洞的兴都庙点燃18盏油灯,继续争取该组织在去年8月12日呈给首相阿都拉巴达威的18点诉求、马来西亚各种族团结及释放所有《内安法令》扣留者。不过,他们并没有呼吁大家聚集在黑风洞的兴都庙,而是到任何一座兴都庙点燃18盏油灯。 至于过去一年来,印裔的情况是否得到改善,哲雅达斯认为,在人民联盟执政的州属可看到一些改变,但国阵政府却仍然抱着傲慢的态度。 纪念活动相对低调 另外,哲耶达斯也促请黑风洞兴都庙管理委员会主席纳达拉惹(R.Nadaraja)在明年大宝森节之前下台,因为在去年的今天,他没有保护来此庙宇寻求庇护的兴都教徒,以致他们当中一些人被捕及被控以企图谋杀罪。 他表示,若纳达拉惹不辞职,兴都权力行动力量将动员支持者杯葛明年在黑风洞举行的大宝森节庆典。 兴都权力行动力量在去年的11月25日 成功号召三万人上街争取平权,后来该组织五名领导人遭政府援引《内安法令》扣留,如今仍身在甘文丁扣留营。由于内政部今年宣布兴都权利行动力量为非法组 织,因此纪念仪式相对低调,去年浩浩荡荡上街的场面已无缘再现,但仍有大约五百名支持者风雨不改,前往黑风洞参与纪念活动。 从傍晚6时30分 开始,就有二、三十名穿着橘色衣服的兴都权利行动力量支持者聚集在黑风洞广场。晚上七时,在马尼卡瓦萨干、哲雅达斯等人带领大约五十名支持者步入山脚下的 庙宇,开始祈祷仪式;在历时大约一小时的祈祷仪式过程中,虽然大雨滂沱,但是群众人数不断增加,至散会为止,约有五百名支持者到场。 众人诵经完毕后,就点燃18盏油灯,象征兴都权利行动力量的18项诉求;数百名支持者手持油灯,赤脚踏上272个阶梯,将他们的希望与诉求带进黑风洞里。他们抵达山洞口之后,高喊口号,响彻云霄。完成山洞里的祈祷仪式之后,支持者就拾级而下,由于雨天路滑,所有人步下阶梯时都显得小心翼翼。 警方没干涉 英文《星报》引述雪兰莪州总警察卡立(Khalid Abu Bakar)警告兴都权力行动力量的支持者和同情者,别参与这场纪念活动,警方也将在集会地点的策略性位置部署警员。他也强调,警方会毫不犹豫地采取强硬的手段对付任何不愿解散的人士。 他说:“我知道他们计划在黑风洞举行祈祷仪式,我们希望他们只是去那里祈祷而不是做违法的事情。” 不过,在昨晚的一周年纪念仪式中,并没有任何制服警察在黑风洞广场周围巡逻或监视现场情况,惟相信有几名政治部便衣警察出现在现场。整场纪念活动非常顺利,没有受到任何干扰。 到会的人民联盟议员有雪兰莪州行政议员塞维尔嘉亚古玛(Xavier Jayakumar)、巴生区国会议员查尔斯圣地亚哥(Charles Santiago)、森美兰州波德申区州议员拉维(M.Ravi)等。 http://www.merdekareview.com/news.php?n=8191
