That’s how the investigation of death of local drama actress K. Sujatha taking shape. Despite Investigation over the Attorney General chamber unable to prosecute any one yet. The murder took place in a Ex- Minister family Apartment, the doctor proclaimed her death was Ex-Minister’s family member without any post-mortem report. Intial Police investigation office also alleged link with Ex- Minister political party.

Though the police officer denied his linkage with the political party by subsequently filing Defamation suit for RM10.00million against Manikavasagam whom made the allegation. Manikavasagam failed in his attempt to set a side the suit as the case preside by Brother of current Attorney General. Manikavasagam also had filed about seven police report against Attorney General for his alleged coverup on death in custodies .

That could be the reason why Attorney General delaying the prosecution of alleged murdered of late K Sujatha despite Investigation completed. Though family members not keen in presuing the matter further as they reported to be living comfortably and working with organisation linked with Ex-Minister.

How can we simply let a murderer mingle around public? He could be targeting myself or even some ministers’ added Manikavasagam. Manikavasagam on ground of public interest filed another police report requesting AG’s immediate action to form a Independent Body while revealing photos’ showing then Sentul Police Chief whom currently attached to Bukit Aman withsaid political party top-gun attending a gathering.

Manikavasagam also revealed that doctor whom seen Sujatha last now currently managing multi million ringgit private Medical Centre in Klang. What puzzling is how could a Government Servant able to finance a multi million ringgit centre within 6 months?

Further to the new push , judiciary move into next step – calling for an INQUEST . Investigation Offifer ASP Nik Ros Ashan informed Manikavasagam via phone the decision made by DPP office yesterday. We anticipate DPP office to charge the accused but the form INQUEST says Manikavasagam. Anyway, it’s a good step forward which will see high profile person called upon by Coroner soon. I’m ready to submit all evidence if necessary and get green light from my legal team.

Manikavasagam also expected to submit a memorandum to Police Headquarter in Bukit Aman Disciplinary (TATATERTIB) committee soon to enable them take necessary action against police officer for his misconduct.
