On 9.10.2009, a court order was issued ordering the police to return all Kugan’s fluid/blood samples seized from University Hospital pursuant to a court order.
Police in contempt of Court have disregarded the said Court Order.
Why is the A-G’s Chambers yet to charge all the 11 police officers identified earlier as involved in Kugan’s murder and moved to desk duties?
Justice is still not done in the worst case of police brutality in Malaysian history. Why the authorities continue to try to cover-up the truth in Kugan’s case ?
