S Manikavasagam is the elected MP of Kapar(P.109).He stood under the PKR ticket.He is also in the Environmental Committee(opposition).
Front Page article by Star Metro revealed that Chemical drums was thrown in front of a school along Jalan Kapar. Upon reading the news Pusat Khidmat Masyarakat Ahli Parlimen Kapar acted promptly by contacting JKR Selangor and Klang.
In less then 30 minutes YB S Manikavasagam arrived at site to check the situation. JKR officers and workers acted promptly to clear the drums contains non hazardous Bitumen (ROAD TAR) which JKR contractors using to upgrade Jalan Kapar. JKR officer who was at the spot apologies to YB S Manikavasagam for the overlook by their department.
It’s seems that BN government much more interested to throw rubbish while elected representative of PR to clean it. Why shouldn’t Sementa DUN Dato’ Rahman Palail for BN whose office within surrounding make any action? BN never cares !!
