POLICE BRUTALITY CONTINUES WITH 5 SHOOT DEAD

Author: Office of Mp Kapar | Files under Breaking News

It seems Royal Malaysian Police changed their strategy after Kugan’s brutal murder while under their custody. Along with Home Ministry KPI to reduce street crime by 20% , the police now keep firing towards those they suspect as Criminals. The latest in Kapar Parlimentary where 5 suspected robbers was shoot killed around 1230-0100am.

What puzzle me why do we need Parliament and Court then? How do Police ascertain their are criminals that need to be killed? And why do , those shot killed has to be Indians, are all Street Criminals are from this category of people? And knowing well Kapar , why there isn’t Police beats like elsewhere especially in Iskandar region? Busy protecting the rich probably.

Further I found few variant of reports , 1 as reported by Star Online which claim all 5 believed to be dangerous and high on the wanted list, were involved in at least 10 robberies in Selangor and the Klang Valley for the past one year.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Datuk Hasnan Hassan said a team from the Klang district serious crime division spotted the five men in a Perodua Kelisa in Lorong Sungai Keramat around 12 midnight.

Realising that they were being followed, the robbers tried to forced the police car off the road while firing a few shots at them.

The police then returned fire while giving chase.

The suspects’ car seemed to have gone out of control and crashed into a monsoon drain, said SAC Hasnan.

While a SMS message from Police personnel do inform myself as below :

maklum kes tembk mati, 5L india pada jam 0300 hrs samasa sepasukan polis d9 ipd klang sedang membuat rondaan cegah jenayah di kaw sg keramat, Jln Kapar Klg Utara telah nampak sebuah kereta kelisa no bgk 2830 yg dinaiki oleh 5L India dlm keadaan mencurigakan. kemudian pihak polis telah cuba menahan buat pemeriksaan sambil kenalkan diri polis. saspek telah mengundurkan kereta sambil melepasakan tembakan. bagi mempertahankan diri pihak polis telah berbalas tembakan dan mengenai kelima-lima saspek mbbkan kesemua mereka mati. Identit sebenar masih belum diketahui, tiada dokumen diri dijumpai. Tq

Both Information originated from police force, which is true.  How does HIGH Speed car chasing happen ? Note it’s Perodua KELISA not Ferrari .

We can accept one of them have criminal records, why do another 4 whom may had surrender need to be killed. Does that means for every 1 criminal , 4 Malaysian must died?

As elected representative of Kapar, I paid a visit to extend my condolences to family member of those affected. Present at the mortuary is ADUN Kota Alam ShaH YB M Manogaran. Based on our mingling with family members and friends present, at least 3 of the victim don’t have any prior criminal record or have involved with any activities against the law.

So the Police in Malaysia are the KING ( POLIS RAJA DI MALAYSIA) as they authorised to kill anyone .

    Dear YB,

In the first place what are these guy’s doing at this late hours. This is not the first time boys being killed in groups and the police reports atleast one of them has previous criminal records. We loose lost of our youth in drug addiction, jailed for criminal activity and the most common becoming alcoholic. Let us speak the truth beyond politics; In Selangor most family are scared to see Indian Youth in groups. The moment the group they loose their control and create havoc. In each housing Taman we see indian boys grouping at the public in a dark area at odd hours. This is the time they should be revising their books or watching prime news to known whats happening in the country or finishing their home works and help their family to clear up house work and prepare for next morning. But they will be bozzing themselve with alcohol and cigarettes which lead to drugs as well. People are so scared of Indian youth, not only non Indians but even Indian familys are feeling unsafe if there are Indian youth grouping near their houses. MIC is irrelevant the community but with the existence of PKR/DAP/PAS/PSRM what has been programmed to redirect the youths to correct path? As an elected member of Parliament please conduct a program atleast for the youth in Kapar or Klang for motivation talks and other youth program so that they appreciate Pakatan Rakyat and server their family. If have been in the Police force and I know how much of trouble given by Indian youths compare to Chinese or Malays. We are loosing our youth’s seriously.

    Dear YB,
I already explained about this situation in my earlier article with the title “Malaysian Indians And
The Actual Reason Behind Their Problems” I just would like to share the feedback or the
outcome from some of the people who’ve gone through with that article. More than 80% agreed with
what I’ve explained while less that 20% didn’t agree. Nevermind, leave this aside.

Of course when an insident has mentioned in your article happened, it’s quite sad to hear because
human’s life are gone but it’s a debatable subject. There are lot of proverbs directly/indirectly advicing
those who’re chosing or tend to choose this type of life. “Punay Seyirethe Kurumbe, Adicha
Pavem”, “Katthi Edethaveneke, Katthi Le Than Saave”, “Se Tinggi Tinggi Tupai Melompat, Akhir Jatuk Ke Tanah Jua” and etc. YB, some people use to say, even when you’re drinking the
milk while standing under the coconut tree, the people will simply conclude that you’re drinking toddy (kalle). So it’s we who have to justify what, when, why or howwe’re doing anything. There is another proverb that I’m sure you know well, “Dusthane Kanda Thuram Ore Adi”, All these proverbs
were “invented” by our elderly people not just to read and forget BUT it has a very strong message for
us to follow. For that five guys whom been shot dead by the police, if let say only one of them is the
bad guy, then the other four guys should stay away from him, don’t you think so?

As from the police point of view, they came there with one mission and that is to get rid of the “bad guy”
So, there the “milk drinking under the coconut theory” will play its part. When the police see the suspect and unfortunately he’s “reacting” to them, they will come to a decision to pull the trigger first and since
he’s in a group, all will get the impact, when “One Buffalo Bring Mud On Its Body, All The Other
Buffalos Will Get The Mud On Its Bodies”. If you watch the movie “Bhemma” till the end then
you will be able to see how the police “deal” with this type of matter.

BUT why these people chosing this type of life? I think I already explained clearly in my article. It’s not their wish or their ambition to choose this type of life but they already been “cornered” by the situation “created” by our own community led by the selfish politicians and of course others as well.

If we cannot correct the world then it’s adviceable to correct ourself. Can we change the police and
their ways of getting the things done? Well. for the time being I don’t think so, may be, I repeat may
be if PR take charge of the central government there’s possibility that we can amend the existing system
till then this will be the reality. So, are we continuously going knock our head against the wall and break
our head or are we going to do the smart thing that can prevent this type of insidents for the long run?

YB, may be you seeing/thinking this matter as a politician but I’m seeing this matter as an ordinary
citizen who’re weak in many angles. So that’s why I’m keep on saying that we have to correct the root cause of these matters. Till the day we don’t correct it, till then it will keep on happening and for sure
the permanent loss will be on our side.

YB, below I’ve included my article with a bit of updates for you to analyse. Please spend some time to
go through again with the article till the end and if possible please try to see the matter from my point of view and if possible please feel free to share your opinion with me. Below is the article, thank you

    ——————————————————————————————–

If in one hand Indians are proven world wide that their achievement are parallel or anytime better
than any other successful people around the world but in the other hand our local Indians performance
are the other way around, I’m sure there is something wrong somewhere. Do you agree with me on
that? So what actually dragged them behind or the obstacle that “prevent” them from being successful in their life?

What I’m going to explain next might give you a shock but please take sometime to do you own
analyse and please analyse it with open minded otherewise you won’t be able to see my point. Trust
me it’s totally a Wrong Formula and most of us have been used as the Guinea Pig to test this “Wrong
Formula” for more than 50 years.

I’ve been following Astro Vanavil’s Kannadi, Alaram, Vizhuthugal, Kutra Patrikai and etc for quite sometime and just by watching it, I already know directly/indirectly almost all the situation shown in Kannadi and some other programmes existed because of the implementation of this “Wrong Formula”
into our society for more than 50 years ago and it became more worse after 1970’s and of course the
final result will never going to a good result again. So, until the day we emphasize the Correct Formula we will be continue seeing lot of similar insident like the insidents shown in Kannadi. Many of us, the Malaysian Indians are the scapegoats for the personal agenda of our politicians. For us, they use the “Wrong Formula” but for their family, they’re using the “Correct Formula” silently.

By the way I already sent the article below to many Indians. Anyway, in this case, it’s like what many people us to say, “The Truth Is Always Bitter”.
