Malaysian Political Scene becomes similar to Hollywood’s Tom and Jerry cartoon that normally only kids watch.  Like the cartoon series, we have Anwar chasing Najib and Najib chasing Anwar.

Analyzing the current happenings in Kuala Lumpur City , police  giving a  Court Order to Anwar ,barring a 5km Radius from Parliament and Parliamentary Ban of the public is purely the ruling parties misuseing power.  Since, Anwar revelations of the DPM,  IGP and AG.  They are now moving systematically using all the loop holes available in law to trap PKR De facto Leader Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Parliament De Facto Minister Dato’ Seri Nazri Banned the public from entering it’s compound on ground of MP’s safety in anticipation of massive protest lead by Pakatan Rakyat.  They created artificial traffic jam’s(one of the worst the town has seen) to reduce the amount of public that were enterng the city center.  However,  since morning only the police force has been seen surrounding Parliament compound.  The Raykat again have been mislead by Abdullah Badawi’s Government with all the lies.  Kudos to our Police Intelligent Unit.

Meanwhile, Police took court order barring Anwar entering 5 km from Parliament compound for similar reason.  It’s understood the order was pasted at the entrance of Anwar’s home.  What is the catch?  Police HQ and Travers Police Station is within 5 km radius from Parliament.

Is this the best the IGP and AG can do?

This morning police hashed Anwar’s Office staff to serve court order asking him present himself to the Ibu Pejabat Kontigen(IPK KL) so that our brilliant police personnel can record his statement.  While, Anwar  voluntarily given the green light to present.  The action of police puzzled every Malaysian .

Parliament had rejected the No Confidence Motion this morning but nothing happen. Kuala Lumpur Islamic Department says they had to wait police to complete investigations. Anwar through his Lawyer sent a refusal letter to CID Chief that he will not be present to give statement .

The trap?

Police will now divert all their staff from Parliament to the roads leading Anwar’s house or office. It might take place once Parliament end it’s session and Bursa Malaysia is close.

So, who is misusing his Power? Anwar or Najib.?

Come to think of it,the police have not Najib or Rosmah for giving any statement despite 2 SD’s ? Why were statements taken from Bala’s nephew and Suren(The nephew’s lawyer) knowing it’s against legal practice to disclose any confidential information?

Malaysian watch out for more dirty politics from ruling BN Government, its happened one too many times and from what we have seen lately, doesn’t seem like its going to change too much.
