Selangor Police Chief Talking Non Sense

  • SELANGOR POLICE CHIEF MUST RESIGN IMMEDIATELY

The Star today reported as below :

FAMILY BARGES INTO MORTUARY

Selangor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar said there would be no cover-up in investigations into the death of A. Kugan, a suspected car thief, in the Taipan police station in USJ, Subang Jaya, during questioning.

“I can assure Kugan’s family and the public that if the post-mortem report indicates there was force used that led to Kugan’s death then we will take action against those responsible.

“Everyone should wait for the post mortem report before jumping into any conclusion or politicising the issue.’’ he said…..

“We were in the midst of obtaining more information from him regarding his involvement with the syndicate’s activities when he was taken to the Taipan police station.”

An assistant medical officer from the hospital’s forensics department has lodged a report yesterday alleging that family members and unknown people had barged into the mortuary where Kugan’s body was kept.

In his report, the officer Mohamed Azharuddin Abdul Ghani claimed he and two staff were forced out of the room by the crowd that came to the hospital at about 11.30pm.

He claimed the family members and the 50-strong crowd left the mortuary at about 2.30am after they identified and examined the body.

DCP Khalid said when Mohamed Azharuddin went back into the cold room, he found the shirt Kugan was wearing had been ripped and torn and there was also blood spots on the floor.

Take away your police hat and wear the parents shoe. Think logically from their point of view.

1) beside love towards their child , the trust put on each and very police personnel no longer exist in Malaysia.

This is not first incident to let police carry on their duties .  So many other deaths in Custody been forgotten by public after sometime . While those involved remain Unpunished .

2)While themalaysianinsider report Car theft syndicate crippled, 15 cars recovered seems to indicate that police has all the right to take away Human Being life just to recover loss cars.  The same online news portal on it’s reports Cops pledge no cover-up in sudden death case says Selangor Police Chief Khalid claimed Kugan had led police to recover 15 stolen cars in a Puchong warehouse. Though the statement yet to be proofed I had all reason, that Police trying to merge both incident to get themselves credited in recovering lost cars by sacrificing an innocent Youth and their families hope.

Being the State’s Most Senior Police Office DCP Khalid should take full responsibility  in his failure to uphold  Police Intregrity and Human Rights by RESIGNING immediately from all his position.

I’m also requesting HOME MINISTRY and POLICE HEADQUARTERS to immediately form an independent Investigation teams authorised to sack those involved even the person behind politically influenced.

I shall work with other political parties and NGO’s until justice to the murdered of Kugan  Ananthan been punished by the law of the state.
