Barely a week after Deepavali another Hindu Temple was torn down by non other the MIGHTY MBSA enforcement unit.  Last Wednesday 20 of the enforcement unit officer carrying their sludge hammer brought down a Hindu Temple known as Kuil Datok (Mathurai Veeran) along Jalan Glenmarie close to BMW showroom.

It’s sad that despite clear instruction from PR government some of the officers still adamant in following the book or they purposely trying to stir disharmony in Selangor if not SABOTAGE.   Whatever it is I will entirely blame the Selangor Government not taking stern action against the same old culprits that torn down Padang Jawa temple also during Deepavali season, that spark Hindraf mammoth rally. When you have to be harsh you have to be, otherwise more and more similar situation will repeat in Selangor.

The most sad part is the Temple Caretaker have written to MBSA, Land Office and JKR requesting additional time until 31st December 2009 to enable them move out from currently occupied area after receiving notice of demolition from MBSA on 16th February 2009. But, all the sudden MBSA despite knowing well the current government standing had taken the authority on their own hand without even responding to the appeal letter. Check out his letter , that was forwarded for my reference while visiting the site on thursday around 11pm.

I know BN and it’s cronies will blow out this issue to maximise their political exposure and as an additional capital for Najib’s dream to capture Selangor. Surely, the MBSA will not have acted without some solid support from behind, whoever it is I warn you, get away from Selangor or Pakatan ruled states and put your energy where temples demolished despite having Federal Cabinet Minister and  Deputy Ministers.

While, at the same time Pakatan Selangor State Government cann’t any longer act as dump against wishes of minorities in the state. Even, at first Selangor PKR meeting after taking over the state, myself had suggested to replace all local council heads, District /Land officers and appoint Special officer of Indian Affairs at Menteri Besar office but it hopeless.

There is no use of digging past wrongdoings of others but failed to uphold you own words.  It’s time for Menteri Besar , Exco Members , MBSA Councillors to take full responsibilities  for going against it’s own policies or failure to uphold them.  I’m demanding responsible Exco Member(s) to resign immediately for their failures while Datok Bandar and Councillors especially Indian representatives also to take responsibility by relinquishing their position immediately. We don’t need those more keen to grab contracts or sit warmer rather looking after the people’s interest and upholding basic principles agreed upon.

Sack those MBSA enforcement officers immediately, otherwise more and more temples like face the same consequences.

If you think, Manikavasagam just a barking then forget about ruling Selangor next terms. Believe me, there are more State Higher level officers under Barisan Nasional unofficial payroll .
